The Greenville Transitions program is comprised of a personalized 4 phase
system that typically runs anywhere from 6 to 9 months.
We know that our clients come from different backgrounds, are fighting different battles,
and have different needs. That's why we create an individualized treatment plan for
each client that addresses exactly what he needs.

RECOVERY SUPPORT AND CONTINUING CARE
We use an integrative recovery plan to ensure each client is receiving the type of recovery support he needs. Our community engages in 12 step facilitated programs and continuous peer-based recovery support. We partner with our regions best clinicians and physicians for individual, group, and family therapy to ensure that our residents get the care they need. -
NEW
HABITS
We know that it sometimes takes time to find the sober solution that works for each client. Until then, we replace old habits with new. We focus on living a healthy lifestyle by incorporating sports and fitness, art, music, and other hobbies that interest our clients and make our community fun. We encourage and support each client to establish new daily or weekly habits that he enjoys, whether that be working up a sweat at a kickboxing class or improving his skills on the guitar. -
CLASSES
Our staff organizes classes and creates programming to teach life skills. Our ongoing budgeting program and weekly cooking responsibilities are just two examples of continuous learning at Greenville Transitions. Our staff as well as experts from the community teach classes on resume building, budgeting, relapse prevention, health and nutrition, and more. -
SERVICE
We all have received support from others when we were at our worst, and we want to make sure to pay it forward and support others in need. Doing community service activities helps us realize that we are not alone in our struggles, and others also need a helping hand. We enjoy growing our community of brotherhood while supporting the Greenville community around us. -
ACTIVITIES
No one becomes sober to be miserable. That's why we make sure we have fun! The Greenville Transitions staff really enjoys the outdoors, and we have found that usually our clients do too. Hiking, disc golf, Top Golf and swimming are some of our favorite outdoor activities. We also plan frequent events to see the latest movies, visit amusement parks, go golfing, attend sports events and more. Our clients also enjoy participating in other sports such as flag football, softball, soccer, and basketball leagues.
