Our team
At Greenville Transitions Sober Living, our team is made up of individuals who are deeply committed to helping men rebuild their lives with structure, accountability, and purpose. Each member of our team brings a unique combination of professional experience and real world understanding, allowing us to support residents in a way that feels both practical and personal. We recognize that recovery is not a one size fits all process, which is why our team takes the time to understand each individual’s challenges, goals, and strengths. This approach allows us to provide guidance that is not only supportive but also relevant to the realities of everyday life.
Our team is actively involved in the recovery process, offering consistent support, encouragement, and accountability as residents move forward. We focus on building genuine relationships with the individuals in our program, creating an environment where trust and growth can develop over time. By combining structure with compassion, our team helps residents stay focused while also feeling supported through challenges and progress. At Greenville Transitions Sober Living, we believe that strong, engaged leadership plays a critical role in long term recovery, and our team is here to walk alongside each resident every step of the way.
DAVID MCNEASE
David was born and raised in a small town in South Georgia. Although he grew up in a stable and loving home, addiction still managed to take over his life at a young age. After nearly 10 years of running from his fears and problems with drugs and alcohol, David realized he needed to make a change. He took his first steps toward recovery in 2012 by accepting treatment in Kentucky. Although resistant at first, by the time David entered an extended care sober living facility, he was ready to adopt a new lifestyle.
LUCAS COLEMAN-SOCIA
Raised in Charleston, Lucas is a South Carolina native who turned to drugs and alcohol at age 14. After 11 years of fighting an uphill battle with sobriety, Lucas accepted treatment in Asheville, North Carolina that led him to a fulfilling, sober life. His new lifestyle was not effortless.

Cole Cown
Previously, Cole managed his counseling private practice as well as coordinated an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). He was educated at the University of Georgia and Clemson University.
He believes the absolute best thing about working with substance abuse is the incredible changes people can experience in recovery. Helping people with substance abuse struggles is a privilege because he has a front row seat to tremendous physical, psychological, and relational transformation. It is the belief that everyone can experience change that keeps him doing this work.
Outside the office, Cole can be found planning the next adventure with his wife, wrangling his two young girls, contemplating Star Wars mythology, riding his bike, wondering when Georgia will win a national championship, or attempting to destroy his friends in pickleball.
